- Check-in time from 2:00 PM till 5:00 PM
- Please, tell us the approximate time of Your arrival. We will be happy to welcome You personally: for special needs contact us with some notice.
- Check-out time is within 11:00 AM
- Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM till 10:00 AM
- Our private parking is available, You can load and unload Your luggage directly in the reception area.
- Please do not smoke into the Hotel.
- Small pets are accepted on request.
- A shuttle service is available on request with price to be agreed.
SWIMMINGPOOL
It is for exclusive use of our Guests DURING the overnight PERIOD. Each room has AVAILABLE a pool umbrella and two beach lounger.
After check-out it can be used only if available and with a supplement of € 10 / person.
Pool towels are available for a supplement of € 2 / each.
DIRECTIONS
We recommend setting “CASCINA CASTAGNETO” from GoogleMaps or, if You use another navigator, You can enter the address “Via Montiglio Castell’Alfero”.
When You see our road signs, follow the indications: we are in the middle of the Monferrato Hills and our Guests have a short dirt road easy to travel.
CANCELLATION
Our cancellation policy is 7 days before check-in. In case of cancellation after this period, the first night will be charged on Your Credit Card given as guarantee at the time of Booking. In this case, it is not excluded that, we will be happy to recover the stay of that night on a new date to be agreed and based on availability by contacting us by e-mail. Please note that no credit card will be charged at the time of booking.

There is no restaurant service (B&B conditions ONLY). For meals, there are excellent restaurants around us which, if You wish, we will be happy to indicate You.
